Sinclair ZX81/Timex Sinclair 1000 TS1000 Keyboard Membranes

We have now sourced a possible supplier for replacement keyboard membranes for the Sinclair ZX81 computer. These will also suit the American Timex Sinclair 1000 version of the computer.

However, in order to make this worth while, we would need to order 600 keyboard membranes. This is probably way too many for the current ZX81 market. The good news is that the price would then be UKP:8 per keyboard membrane. They would have a sticky back like the original and incorporate the touch sensitive keyboard.

Obviously this would be a substantial capital outlay - we wonder if anyone would be interested in joining us in this venture.

The other option would be to order 250 keyboard membranes, but the cost would then rise to UKP:11 each.
