I've configured my Spectrums (one 48+ and/or one +3e v1.37) in the following way:
- Divide Plus interface with Residos 2.07;
- One CF card (Kingston 512Mb) and one Hard Disk (Samsung 6.4Gb), or two Hard Disks (one Samsung 4.3 and one Samsung 6.4).
Both hard disks are formatted with a IDEDOS 300Mb disk space (partitioned to about 16 partitions with +3 BASIC). The remainder of disks are FAT-formatted, 2Gb per partition.
CF card is standard FAT formatted.
I've two troubles:
- When I've two hard disks attached, Residos just sees the IDEDOS and only first FAT partition for both disks; should I map the hard disks' second partition by myself? How?
When I try to copy, with %CP command, a file from CF to Hard Disk, or between the FAT partition of hard disks, I've a "seek fail" error or simply the destination file is damaged. Same trouble seems not to occour if I copy a file from IDEDOS to FAT or vice versa.
I'm not sure the troubles I desbribed above are "rules", that is, they happen everytime.
Any suggestion?
Thanks in advance!
DG
